BALLAR SOL ÉS UN PAL
Moving, connecting, being together, discovering everything we can do together… This has nothing to do with dancing alone; it’s exactly another story! Discover it with Cia Moveo, which will make you imagine what it would be like to start the day together with a guided collective experience that entertains us, encourages us, and makes us see that dancing is much more than moving your hips and has deep and powerful implications in the relationship with the group.
Stéphane Lévy guides this creative movement, physical theatre, and dance session, an activity for everyone: young people, not so young people, families, professionals, amateurs, or newcomers to the world of movement. Only one thing is required: wanting to have a good time.
“Ballar sol és un pal” is an experience that challenges labels. More than a class or a spectacle, it is a hybrid format situated at a meeting point between scenic fiction and collective discovery. It is a space where the transmission (of movement and knowledge) naturally merges with the pleasure and the game.
Who is it for?
BALLAR SOL ÉS UN PAL is conceived as an experience for everyone, without exception.
Our main goal is to dissolve barriers and create an authentic meeting space where those who think they cannot dance or have never had prior experience come together with those who already practice. We seek to connect diverse audiences: from those who believe they “know something about dancing” to those who think they “know less”, or those who have never explored creative movement.
All of this is developed under the premise of the fun, the respect, the shared discovery, and the collective improvisation.
Furthermore, Ballar Sol És un Pal can be adapted and customized for specific contexts, such as educational centers (schools and institutes), specific collectives, or sessions specially designed for families.

BALLAR SOL ÉS UN PAL is a, interactive experience designed to be carried out both outdoors (street, squares, parks) and indoors (hall, sports center, multipurpose room, library)
Stage area: 8mX 8m minimum
General space: 12mx12m
Surface: street, pavement, tiles, grass, cement, parquet, dance floor
Sound: mini-jack – RCA connection to a sound system.
1 wireless microphone
1 microphone with stand.
The technician’s table must be located so that it is visible to the participants
Lighting: If the activity takes place at night, basic general lighting is required; the light must include the audience. (For example: 4 towers with 2 1000W PCs each or 2 towers with 3 1000W PCs)
Touring team: 2 people
Duration: 45 – 50 minutes.
Setup: A prior installation is required, at least 2 hours before, to perform sound checks. A suitable room or space is also needed for warm-ups.
