“It’s a Real Coincidence”, cocreated and directed by Gráinne O’Carroll and Sophie Kasser, is a show that combines physical theater, dance, lighting, and live music, bringing to life a woman who frees herself from stone and dances with the elasticity of her imagination.
With an immersive soundscape, this collaboratively constructed show reinvents the tale of a woman’s body in art, mythology, and history.
From object to artist, the show creates the story of life itself—from conception to death and back to conception—and celebrates the nuances and gestures of the humans we encounter along the way.
